Curvexia privacy notice

Operating Curvexia involves processing the following, under your instruction:

• Positions, risk, and P&L data from your own systems
• Market data you are licensed for (e.g. Bloomberg / LSEG / ICE, exchange & venue feeds)
• Internal market and reference data
• Operator and oversight identities used for state declarations and the audit trail

Data is processed solely to provide Curvexia to you: producing recommendations, executing approved actions, and monitoring outcomes. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data to train models shared with other customers. Data is retained only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal, accounting, and audit obligations, and is deleted or returned on request or at the end of the engagement.

• The full pipeline runs inside your VPC, on-prem, or sovereign environment
• No pooled inference across institutions; no mandatory data externalisation
• Every state change carries an immutable, time-stamped audit-log entry
• Integrity indicators surface on each output when confidence degrades

Where Sparande acts as a data processor, we support your data-subject requests under your instruction and your own privacy notice.
