Operating model
Velocity Pulse follows a simple workflow: detect the slowdown early, recommend the lightest effective response, route it through approval, then measure whether the intervention improved velocity.
Trigger
Product health starts to weaken. Velocity slows, age increases, or the line drifts from plan.
Action
The system recommends the lowest-friction response, such as a measured promotion, a volume incentive, or a time-bound campaign, and sends it to an operator for approval.
Measure
Success is tracked against sell-through, velocity, and the reduction in inventory risk. If the line continues to weaken, the case is escalated to InventoryIntel.
