SparGrid privacy notice

Operating SparGrid involves processing the following, under your instruction:

• Catalogue, product, and variant data from your connected channels
• Order and sales history across Amazon, Shopify, eBay, BigCommerce and WooCommerce
• Inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse / ERP feeds
• Pricing, cost, fee, and margin inputs you connect or provide
• Operator account details used for approvals and the audit trail

Data is processed solely to provide SparGrid to you: producing recommendations, executing approved actions, and monitoring outcomes. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data to train models shared with other customers. Data is retained only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal, accounting, and audit obligations, and is deleted or returned on request or at the end of the engagement.

• Connected through each channel's official APIs; credentials held in a managed secret vault
• Per-tenant data isolation: your data is never pooled with another merchant's
• Read by default; writes to a channel only run after operator approval
• Every dispatched action is time-stamped, logged, reversible, and covered by a kill-switch

Where Sparande acts as a data processor, we support your data-subject requests under your instruction and your own privacy notice.
