Velocity Pulse privacy notice

Operating Velocity Pulse involves processing the following, under your instruction:

• Catalogue, product, and variant data from your store
• Order and sales history used to detect demand slowdown and velocity decay
• Inventory levels and stock movements used to assess emerging risk
• Price and margin inputs used to shape light-touch intervention recommendations
• Operator account details used for approvals and the audit trail

Data is processed solely to provide Velocity Pulse to you: producing recommendations, executing approved actions, and monitoring outcomes. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data to train models shared with other customers. Data is retained only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal, accounting, and audit obligations, and is deleted or returned on request or at the end of the engagement.

• Connected through official store APIs; credentials held in a managed secret vault
• Per-tenant data isolation: your data is never pooled with another merchant's
• Read by default; intervention actions run only after operator approval
• Every action is time-stamped, logged, reversible, and covered by a kill-switch

Where Sparande acts as a data processor, we support your data-subject requests under your instruction and your own privacy notice.
