How InventoryIntel works
From install to recovered revenue in seven steps. InventoryIntel does the analysis and the setup work; you keep the decisions.
AI suggests. Deterministic maths decides.
AI only suggests ways to recover stock that has stopped selling. Whether a recovery action is safe to launch is always decided by deterministic, quantitative mathematics, tested against your margin, price-floor and discount rules.
- AI only suggests recovery actions. AI never sets a price or a discount
- Deterministic, quantitative mathematics decides every recovery action
- Nothing launches outside your rules and your approval policy

Install from the Shopify App Store
InventoryIntel installs like any Shopify app and opens inside your Shopify admin. Shopify verifies who you are, so there is no separate account or password. You choose a plan, Growth or Alliance, and approve it in Shopify.
Your store syncs automatically
InventoryIntel reads your products, variants, stock levels, prices, costs and recent order history from Shopify. The first sync shows its progress in the app, and after that the data refreshes automatically every day.
Slow-moving and dead stock is flagged
For every product, InventoryIntel works out how fast it is selling, whether sales are slowing, and how many days of stock are left. Each one gets a risk level (healthy, warning, critical or dead) and the dashboard totals the capital at risk.
You set the rules first
Before anything is proposed, your rules apply: protected products are left alone, discounts stay within the limits you set, and margin and price floors rule out actions that would sell too cheaply.
A recovery plan is proposed, with its reasons
AI suggests the recovery options for each product at risk: a markdown, a flash sale, a bundle, or routing to wholesale or bulk liquidation. Deterministic, quantitative mathematics compares them against your margin, price-floor and discount rules and proposes the one it expects to recover the most. AI never sets a price or a discount, and each recommendation explains why it was chosen.
You approve, and it runs in Shopify
Approved actions launch in your store as Shopify discount codes, bundles, product tags and storefront clearance badges. Rules you have marked as automatic can launch on their own after a sync; everything else waits for an approver. You can pause or cancel a campaign at any time.
Recovered revenue is reported
Sales from each campaign are attributed to it, so the dashboard, reports and weekly digest show what each action recovered. On the Growth plan, this attributed revenue is also what the performance fee is based on.
